Allstate Accident Insurance You don’t plan on it. But you can plan for it.

Allstate Group Voluntary Accident Insurance pays a lump sum benefit for accidental on- and off-the-job injuries, plus benefits associated with the treatment of the injury. Because accident insurance is supplemental, it pays in addition to other coverage. The coverage pays a benefit up to a specified amount for:

Unum Supplemental Individual Short-Term Disability Replace a portion of your income if you’re unable to work. As a supplement to the disability benefits described above, employees have the option to purchase additional disability protection. With this plan, you choose the amount of additional income protection you need, from as little as 10% to as much as 40% of your income (with a minimum benefit of $400 per month and maximum amount of $5,000 per month). Because you pay the premium for this plan with after-tax dollars, any benefit received from this plan is not taxable, which stretches the benefit. During your initial opportunity to enroll, you may elect coverage without
