Provides free or low-cost health care that may help pay for medical bills, doctor visits and prescriptions for qualifying individuals and families.

AtlantiCare Care Managers
AtlantiCare RN Care Managers are available to: • Coordinate your healthcare services • Help you understand and use your benefits in the most efficient way • Direct you to community resources, support groups and health and wellness programs when appropriate Navigate the healthcare system when dealing with a complex medical illness Federally Qualified Health Centers offer a wide range of healthcare services for your entire family. You do not need health insurance to get care at a center. Centers serve the uninsured and underinsured, as well as patients with Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance. If you are uninsured, your bill will be based on your ability to pay. Adult & Pediatric services available.
