Q: Do I need to make improvements in my blood pressure and weight in 2026 to qualify to earn KnowYour Numbers Wellness Credits? A: No, in 2026 you are simply asked to submit your blood pressure and weight between December 1, 2025 and November 30, 2026, to receive wellness credits.

Q: Can I apply any extra wellness credits I earn to my spouse’s wellness credit amount? A: No. Each is capped at earning $250.

Q: How can I check the status of my 2026Wellness Credits? A: Go to wellness.atlanticare.org and click on the Wellness Portal tile to view your Wellness Activity Tracker.

Q: Where can I complete my KnowYour Numbers? A: AtlantiCare teammembers can visit one of our onsite Health Kiosks to have results loaded directly into the Wellness Portal account, or teammembers and spouses may attend a Know Your Numbers clinic or submit numbers fromany visit with a healthcare provider between December 1, 2025- November 30, 2026 using the 2026 Wellness Activity Checklist
