AtlantiCare LifeCenter The AtlantiCare LifeCenter is southeastern New Jersey’s premier fitness center. Employee Assistance Program (EAP) The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a wellness benefit available to all full-time, part-time, and per diem teammembers, and their immediate family members aged 18 and older. This free and confidential service is designed to support you through challenges that may impact your quality of life, whether at work or at home. EAP ofers confidential brief intervention services via phone or in person, along with seminars, conflict resolution, wellness training, and ongoing support. Additionally, the EAP can assist with treatment needs and provide referrals when necessary. The EAP services are provided by master’s level counselors: • 24/7 toll-free EAP telephone line providing easy access to professional assistance • Free and Confidential
