on the S: Drive > HR folder > Managers HR Info > ROLE DESC. When edits are necessary send them to HR, which will review and formally update the role description. Leaders will ensure that all new employees sign off on a Role Description Acknowledgement and have competencies evaluated on the A&E tool as part of the Preliminary Performance Review, which is due within the first 90 days of employment for full- and part-time employees, and 180 days for pool employees. MyOwnRecords (ADP) AtlantiCare employees have access to their personal HR, Payroll and Benefits information through MyOwnRecords. You can view paystubs, accrued PTO, sick time, and selected benefits. You can also use this platform to update personal information such as your address and emergency contacts. You can also run reports to see items such as your staff’s work anniversaries, telephone numbers, and emergency contacts. To run reports in ADP, do the following: 1. Log into ADP (The Starfish > About You > Pay, Benefits and Job (MyOwnRecords). 2. Type in login information. 3. Select “Manager” from the first drop down in the top left corner. 4. Select “Reports.” If you need any assistance with MyOwnRecords please contact the AIT Help Desk. Leader Expectation(s): Leaders are expected to know how to find and use MyOwnRecords as well as assist their staff if necessary. SuccessFactors SuccessFactors is AtlantiCare’s talent management system. You will use this to update your licenses and certifications with HR, set and track your goals, complete orientation checklists, submit your annual performance evaluations, update your profile, view organizational charts, and much more. You can check your To Do tile for any tasks that have been assigned to you. To access SuccessFactors, go to The Starfish > About You > Talent (SuccessFactors). Use your AtlantiCare network username and password to login. If you need assistance with SuccessFactors, please email the Success Factors Help email group at Successfactorshelp@atlanticare.org . Leader Expectation(s): Leaders should be familiar with this system and know how to navigate it. They should be able to assist their staff with finding and inputting information into the system. Annual Essential Work Requirements (EWR) Compliance Essential Work Requirements are those credentials (licenses and certifications) employees must possess to fulfill their job responsibilities. EWRs also include Annual Education. Annual Education is due on or before October 31st of every year and is completed through HealthStream. Employees who are not compliant with their EWRs as of October 31st of each year are ineligible for the Share the Success winter bonus. Leader Expectation(s): Leaders regularly review the EWR report to ensure staff are compliant and able to work. If staff are not, they must be removed from the schedule until they become compliant and the disciplinary process may apply. Leaders can check their staff’s compliance on the EWR Portal on the Starfish (About You > Essential Work Requirements). The EWR and Annual Education reports are updated on the 1st and 15th of each month. Primary Sourcing Primary Sourcing is the process of verifying employee licensure. AtlantiCare is required to have proof of valid licensure 34 As a leader you will use this system to manage these same things for your employees, making sure that items such as orientation checklists, goals and performance evaluations are reviewed and submitted in time.
