Health &Wellness It is very important that we serve as role models for our vision of Building Healthy Communities in that we demonstrate the positive impact that population health initiatives and value-based care can have on an organization. To that end, we have created comprehensive, affordable, and meaningful wellness programs and benefit options for our employees. As part of our engaged plan efforts we are making strides towards becoming a healthier workforce. Our wellness activities have helped our employees improve their medical outcomes. There are a variety of Health andWellness programs available to employees. Many are connected to our medical plan and impact and/or reduce the price of medical benefits. If an employee is not taking our benefits, participation in these wellness programs would earn them Flexible Spending Account (FSA) dollars. These programs include but are not limited to: • Annual Physical/ Know Your Numbers/ Health Risk Assessment • Healthy Cooking Classes

• Stress and Resiliency Classes • Financial Wellness Classes

Leader Expectation(s): Leaders are expected to make the time for their employees to participate in Health and Wellness initiatives and should be communicating the importance of participating and different opportunities to participate. Leaders should be role modeling an awareness of Health andWellness activities, initiatives, and opportunities (i.e.: participating in Stress and Resiliency classes).
