With a deeply held commitment to improving the health of the communities we serve, we look to the future with optimism and the promise of continuing to make a meaningful impact. With that, we recognize that the world, region, and our community have changed. The pace of technological advancements and consumerism, the growth in healthcare spend, and the disparities in care force us to reimagine our business. We must adapt to new ways of working by being bold and swift in our thinking, design, and execution. We must elevate and celebrate our workforce and our brand. We must deliver needed services to our community in a manner that is easy, frictionless and with humanity.
