Safety Management All AtlantiCare employees, medical staff and physicians are encouraged to voice their concerns regarding safety or quality issues. Methods of reporting may include communication with their manager, the Human Resource department, Administration, the Department of Health or the Joint Commission. Individuals reporting concerns will not be subject to disciplinary or other retaliatory actions by AtlantiCare.
Information, policies or practices not specifically covered or discussed in the handbook or policy website are strictly at the discretion of management.
In the event of conflict between the provisions of this Employee Handbook and a contract with an employee(s), the contract supersedes the handbook.
