We ’v misse yo ! We are excited to welcome you back, and see your smiling faces once again! We’ve been busy these last three months. Our team has been doing a lot of cleaning & sanitizing and we’ve been working on some facility projects. We think the center looks great, and we hope you will think so, too! A tremendous amount of time and energy has been devoted to planning our reopening day. The safety and well-being of our members and sta is our main priority, and so every step we’ve taken has been with this goal in mind. As a medically-based facility, we have the bene t of consulting with a team of AtlantiCare Quality and Certi ed Infection Prevention experts. These experts have toured our facility and reviewed our reopening plan. We are adhering closely to the guidelines set forth by our AtlantiCare experts, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), and NJ Department of Health guidelines. Things will look very di erent in the facility compared to the last time you were here. We’ve implemented a brief health screening process at the front door, and some areas and services won’t be available right away. Our goal is to bring these areas and services back up to speed as quickly as we can in a safe manner. Cleaning and sanitizing is also a major focus. In addi- tion to the cleaning that occurs routinely, we’ve scheduled more cleaning throughout the day to focus on high touch point areas. You’ll notice more sanitizing stations on the tness oors, so you can conveniently wipe down the equipment after using it. We have also increased hand sanitizer stations around the facility for your personal use. And, an added sanitizing process will occur nightly. Other changes will include smaller class sizes and the re-arrange- ment of some of our equipment and furniture all in an e ort to promote physical distancing. All of these changes are a lot, so thank you in advance for your patience and understanding as we navigate this new environment together. This guide goes into greater detail about all that you can expect when you visit us for the rst time. It contains valuable information, so please read through it carefully. Agai , welcom ! The LifeCenter Team

Adding more Hand Hygiene Stations One of the best ways to prevent the spread of illness is by washing your hands. You’ll see more hand sanitizing stations than ever before.

We are frequently cleaning surfaces to kill germs and prevent the spread of infection.

Whe yo arrive Checking in to the facility is going to be a little di erent from what you’ve experienced in the past, and may take a few extra minutes. In addition to checking in with your membership key tag, you’ll be asked to: 1. Verbally respond to a brief health questionnaire, What Questions are asked on the Health Questionnaire? We’ll keep this as quick and simple as possible. You don’t even have to fill out a form – we’ll just verbally ask the following: Do you have signs/ symptoms of a respiratory illness (cold, In uenza-like) with any of the following symptoms: • Fever • Feeling feverish • Lack the ability to • Rash taste or smell (new onset) • Headache • Chills • Sore throat • Rhinitis (“runny nose”) • Coughing or sneezing • Shortness of breath • Chest tightness • Body aches • GI distress Are you currently coughing or sneezing uncontrollably? Our classes are some of the most popular programs we offer, and our instructors are eager to welcome everyone back! In order to facilitate physical distancing in these environments, we are implementing the following: • Reservations for all classes are required – please call 609-677-LIFE to reserve your spot. Reservations will be taken within 24 hours of the class. • Smaller class sizes • Frequency of classes has been reduced • Physical distancing markers on the studio floors • Some classes will be held outdoors when the weather permits • Class times have been spaced to reduce traffic in and out of the studios to maintain physical distancing and allow for additional cleaning time between classes. • We have posted signage outside each studio space identifying how many people are safely allowed into that studio space at one time.

Where all the fun happens!

We’ve made several changes that we want to share with you: • We ask that members limit their time on the cardiovascular machines to 30 minutes at peak times when others may be waiting.

• We’ve added more sanitizing stations. Disinfectant wipes are available for members to wipe down the equipment before and after using it. Hand sanitizer is also available at each sanitizing station. • While we’ve always appreciated members who wipe down the equipment after they’ve used it, please note that this is now a requirement of membership. • We have re-arranged equipment to make it more conducive to physical distancing standards. • In some instances, we have turned off pieces of equipment to allow for more space between exercisers.

We know how important our babysitting services are to so many of the families we serve. While our babysitting services will not re-open right away, we are eager to bring it back just as soon as possible.

The indoor track is currently closed to allow for physical distancing. Indoo T ac

Some services and part of the facility will be closed when we first re-open, to minimize touch points and reduce exposure. We will make every effort to re-open each of these services just as soon as possible as we gradually ramp the facility back up to full speed, in accordance with government, civic, and health system guidelines: • Steam rooms remain closed. • Whirlpools remain closed. • The warm water therapy pool is closed except for therapy patients and/or limited hours. • We have removed most of the tables and chairs from our lobby areas. • Massage Therapy will be offered on a limited basis.. See the front desk for details. • The Café will remain closed at this time. • Per the State of New Jersey, all water fountains are turned off. • Complimentary coffee and tea is currently unavailable. • The pool will be available by appointment only. With the club re-opening, your membership is active and billing will begin on September 1, 2020. You will receive a 50% discount on your membership to make up for the two week closure in March. This returns us to our regular billing cycle of, on or about the 1st of the month, for the upcoming month. If you are in any way uncomfortable or just don’t feel like you’re ready to come back to the club yet, that’s okay. We want you to feel comfortable, safe, and ready. If you have any concerns, please reach out to us: Alex Corkhill Member Engagement Coordinator LifeCenter@atlanticare.org or 609-677-LIFE

Special Circumstances CDC recommends that persons more vulnerable for COVID-19 not enter public spaces where social distancing is not always possible. Among adults, the risk for severe illness from COVID-19 increases with age, with older adults at highest risk. People of any age with certain underlying medical conditions, such as heart, lung, or kidney conditions, diabetes, obesity, or any condition that weakens the immune system, are at increased risk for severe illness from COVID-19. Members who fall into this category and have concerns or questions, please feel free to reach out to discuss our enhanced standards or schedule your visit in our section for special circumstances.

Than yo ! for your patience and understanding.

Working together we can all do our part to keep our LifeCenter community healthy and safe!
