Michael Kleinman, DO Hospitalist • Nocturnist
Brandeis University | Waltham, MA | Degree: BA | 1990-1994 Philadelphia College of Medicine | Philadelphia, PA | Degree: DO | 1995-1999 Internship/Residency in Internal Medicine | P.C.O.M. | 1999-2002 AOA Board Certified in Internal Medicine | 2013 Dr. Kleinman brings 19 years of experience to AtlantiCare. He started two medical practices – Advanced Internal Medicine of South Jersey, and The Medicine Team, LLC. He also was Medical Director at All Metro Health and Section Chief of Internal Medicine for Virtua Health.
Dr. Kleinman is excited to be working alongside AtlantiCare specialists, nurses, and all of the healthcare team, to provide great care to our patients. He has many hobbies and especially enjoys cycling and golf.

Dr. Patel has worked in Internal Medicine, Internal Medicine sub-specialties and Psychiatry throughout New Jersey and NewYork. Dr Patel is fluent in English, Hindi, Gujarati and Urdu.
Dr. Patel enjoys playing badminton and table tennis. He also enjoys reading and is a Harry Potter/Marvel enthusiast.
Azka Sadiq, MD Hospitalist

Dr. Sadiq’s vast medical experience has taken her throughout the world including Pakistan, United Kingdom and the United States. In 2019, she was honored with the Michael R. Katz Award – Post Graduate Year 1, and winner of the AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center Research Day Competition.
Dr. Sadiq enjoys biking and playing sports. She also enjoys spending time with her husband and kids.
Christopher VandenBerg, MD Hospitalist
St. George’s University School of Medicine | Grenada, West Indies Doctor of Medicine degree | 2014-2018 Tulane University | New Orleans, LA Bachelor of Science (Double Major: Neuroscience & Spanish) | 2009-2012
Dr. VandenBerg spent two years in Grenada, West Indies for his basic sciences before returning to New Jersey for the clinical years of medical school, which he completed throughout several locations around the state. Dr. VandenBerg was awarded the 2020/2021 Chief Medical Resident at AtlantiCare.
Dr. VandenBerg enjoys being in the kitchen, cooking with herbs and vegetables he grows in his garden as well as spending time on the beach with his family.
