AtlantiCare 2025 Annual Report
An Evening of Generosity On May 17, the AtlantiCare Foundation hosted its 64th Annual Century Club Gala at the Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa, welcoming nearly 700 guests for an unforgettable evening of celebration. With its Mad Hatter theme adding a touch of whimsy, the gala raised more than $660,000 in support of education, career pathways and other key Vision 2030 initiatives. The evening also honored individuals whose leadership and commitment to service continue to inspire and uplift communities across New Jersey. Governor Phil Murphy and First Lady Tammy Murphy received AtlantiCare’s inaugural Community Impact Award in recognition of their ongoing efforts to advance maternal and child health, expand access to healthcare and social services, and address critical issues such as homelessness and revitalization in Atlantic City. The Edward R. Knight Award was presented to Kenneth Steinberg, a longtime AtlantiCare board member, and posthumously to Dr. James Eakins, who dedicated more than three decades of his life to saving others and teaching the next generation of trauma surgeons. Established in 1998, the award honors those who have made lasting contributions to building a healthier community. The success of this year’s gala celebrated the power of giving while also advancing AtlantiCare’s ongoing mission to build healthier futures for all. We are grateful to our honorees and our generous donors for helping us build a brighter future for our team members, our patients and our community. FORE the Community On September 8, the AtlantiCare Foundation hosted the 37th Annual Thomas L. Glenn Jr. Memorial Golf Tournament at Seaview Hotel and Golf Club. The sold-out event brought 200 golfers, sponsors and supporters to the course for a day of camaraderie and competition and helped raise $273,000 to support programs that address critical health needs, including food insecurity and transportation challenges for medical care. Established in memory of Thomas L. Glenn Jr., the tournament has become one of AtlantiCare’s most enduring traditions, blending sport and philanthropy to honor a legacy of generosity. The Glenn family continues to play a central role, ensuring the tournament’s lasting impact is felt both on and off the course. Proceeds from this year’s event directly support AtlantiCare initiatives addressing social determinants of health, helping residents overcome barriers that prevent access to care and advancing the health of our communities. With every swing of the club and every dollar raised, the Thomas L. Glenn Jr. Memorial Golf Tournament demonstrates the positive impact of community and philanthropy coming together in their shared commitment to better health across South Jersey. SAVE THE DATE!

Heart Awareness and Community Action
Each February, AtlantiCare comes together with the community to honor American Heart Month with our annual Red Dress/Red Tie Reception, a night that combines celebration, heart health awareness and action. This year, guests arrived in their vibrant red attire to show support for the fight against heart disease, the leading cause of death for men and women nationwide.
This year’s reception welcomed 250 attendees to the Carriage House in Galloway, NJ, where AtlantiCare team members, community leaders, local businesses and friends gathered for an evening of entertainment and impact. Together, we raised more than $52,000 to support Heart Heroes, an AtlantiCare Foundation funded program that places life-saving automated external defibrillators (AEDs) throughout South Jersey communities.
Since its inception the Red Dress/Red Tie Reception has raised nearly $446,000 with proceeds funding the installation of over 450 AED devices since 2002. These devices ensure that life-saving tools are accessible when seconds matter most.
