Employee Assistance Program (EAP) The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a wellness benefit available to all full-time, part-time, and per diem team members, and their immediate family members aged 18 and older. This free and confidential service is designed to support you through challenges that may impact your quality of life, whether at work or at home. EAP offers confidential brief intervention services via phone or in person, along with seminars, conflict resolution, wellness training, and ongoing support. Additionally, the EAP can assist with treatment needs and provide referrals when necessary.
