529 College Savings Plan With this plan you’re eligible to make pre-tax contributions to the Scholars Choice College Savings Program. This program helps families save and pay for college expenses with a 529 plan that is easy to set up, exible and available nationwide. The major advantages are that your account balances grow free from federal income taxes and all withdrawals used for quali ed education expenses are federal income tax-free. Education Investment Program AtlantiCare is committed to supporting the growth and development of our teammembers through our Education Investment Program. Eligible teammembers can receive up to $10,000 annually to fund continuing education programs that align with AtlantiCare’s strategic goals. These programs must be part of an approved course of study and pursued through an accredited institution. This investment reflects our dedication to fostering career development and long-term success within our workforce. You can reach out to EducationInvestmentProgram@ atlanticare.org with additional questions. Student Loan Support Services PSLF is a loan forgiveness program for Federal Direct student loans. It forgives the remaining loan balance of borrowers who make 120 eligible payments while employed by an eligible employer such as AtlantiCare. Tuition.io makes the process easy. Create an account at atlanticare.tuition.io and apply now. Visit the Education Investment Program page under YOUniversity on the Human Resources Portal for more resources. Qualification Criteria: • Be working full-time (30+ hours/week) for an an eligible employer such as a 501(c)(3) non-profit employer, while making payments on your federal student loans may qualify you for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF), in your present or past role(s). • Create a Tuition.io account and link your student loan(s) to your account. • Use the PSLF Tool on Tuition.io to get your loans on the right track for PSLF and determine the eligibility of those loans.

Professional development courses, leadership path initiatives, and external training programs are available throughout the year.
