This mentoring program offers a unique opportunity to grow both personally and professionally by building leadership skills, expanding your network, and contributing to a stronger organizational culture. Through collaborative learning, real-world insights, and ongoing peer support, participants will leave the program with enhanced communication abilities, leadership confidence, and valuable professional relationships.26
Facilitator-Led Sessions: Expert-led sessions set the tone, establish expectations, and provide key insights on leadership, communication, and professional development.26
Rotating Peer Leadership: Participants take turns facilitating discussions, applying their leadership skills in a supportive environment while being guided by the facilitator.26
Interactive Learning Elements: Engaging activities include TED Talk discussions, YOUniversity classes, and collaborative networking opportunities.26
